Auroville is home to numerous wellness centres offering a wide range of holistic therapies. These include traditional Ayurvedic treatments, reflexology, sound healing with Tibetan bowls, Reiki, and guided forest walks. Many centres are nestled in the lush Auroville forest, providing a deeply rejuvenating natural setting. Sessions must be booked in advance.
